I now have a personal crusade for myself:
To create popsicle-stick and dowel sculptures of select characters and units from various video games.
Done so far is the Covenant Elite from the Halo series.
Next on my list of epic-ness are:
The Prophet of Truth from the Halo series.
A Grunt from the Halo series. Maybe.
Diablo from, well, the Diablo series. Dur.
And whatever else I can think of, as well as with suggestions from anyone who cares to contribute to my insanity.

Wishing you all a wonderful Christmas season.
As Christmas draws near, I find myself thankful for those things in my life that are constant, and for those that I hold dearest to me.
I thank you, the loyal watchers, for having the patience to tolerate my slow-ass updates while I'm occupied with university courses! It encourages me, you have no idea.
I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas.
Art Dump on the Horizon
Just letting you all know that I am, indeed, still alive. University life is hectic, and I find that I don't have any time to post personal projects like I once did.
Anywho, expect a bit of an art dump in the next few days.
Conquering the world, one sculpture at a time.
Oh, it'll happen.
Taking it to the next level has provided me with many pleasant surprises, such as my sculptures having a more realistic look to them.
I :heart:love:heart: the way the spine has turned out on my most recent project. So nice.
And before I'd glued the jaw in place, it articulated perfectly with the skull: the teeth sat together incredibly well. I kind of wish that I knew how to use fine wire to connect the skull and jaw so as to leave it with some movement, but I don't have enough experience with that sort of thing.
Ah, well. Next time.
Photography is Love.
Every single time I capture another photograph, I fall ever more in love with my Canon EOS Rebel XS.
The image quality is absolutely fantastic, and there is just so much that you can do with it. The possibilities are endless. As of right now, I am building towards taking a long-exposure shot of the night sky, focusing on one of my favorite constellations: Orion.
I can't wait.
